The works to this Protected Structure comprised the demolition of an existing ground floor return while retaining the first floor over including reinstatement of the supporting structure.

A new high quality kitchen/den room extension was provided to the rear along with complete redecoration and minor alterations to the existing house.

The total area of the completed house is approximately 200m2
