A significant development of an inner city site with existing buildings, contaminated ground, deep excavations and in an archaeologically sensitive area.

Phase 1 of the project involved demolition of existing buildings, archaeological excavation in contaminated soil and perimeter piling for the proposed five storeys over two level basement car parking.

Phase 2, being the construction and fitting out of the facility.
